Match Schedule Info - Future Match Info

Due to the size of this tournament All players need to be prepared to play Earlier Friday matches. The Ohio Curfew is 10pm- thus matches must start at 4pm in order to have the last round finished in time.

Due to the 10pm Curfew in Ohio, it will be necessary to limit all draws to no more than 16 players. Any player that does not make the cut will be moved down to the next lower age division if they can also fit in that age category. Any player that will be moved will be contacted first. We are using Midwest Points to determine those that will be selected. Other players will be placed on a waiting list.

The COVID-19 procedures and policies in place by the USTA/Midwest Section for this event are as follows:
* First and foremost, if you are not feeling well, please withdraw from the event. If you are a spectator and not feeling well, please stay home.
* Player +1 for the entire event. Only one person is going to be allowed with each player.
* The water fountains will not be accessible for the duration of the event. Please bring plenty of water for matches.
* Social distancing will be strongly encouraged in addition to wearing a face mask. Face masks must be worn by everyone at all times unless you are on the court playing tennis.
* We encourage bringing your own chair to watch any matches. There will not be any chairs or tables available upstairs in mezzanine.
* Do not enter the facility until 10-15 minutes before your scheduled match time.
* There will be no handshakes at the conclusion of matches.
* Once match results have been turned in, we request you leave the facility immediately. Only players are to approach the tournament desk. Please keep a safe distance when doing so.
* All tournament staff will be wearing masks.

All matches will be 2 full sets with a 10 point tiebreaker for the 3rd set. All players will play at least 2 matches and receive a tournament t-shirt before the 1st match.

Once you have been selected there will be no refunds. If you have signed up for this tournament and have decided to not participate either withdraw before Midnight Monday night or send an email before 12 noon on Tuesday. Otherwise your credit card will be charged at 12 noon Tuesday when selections are made. If there are not at least 3 players in your division then you will be contacted to see if you would like to move up to the next higher division.

Due to the size of this tournament players need to be prepared to play ALL 3 DAYS if necessary.
