There will be 2 Hotels for the 2019 National Boys 18s. They will be the Overland Park Sheraton and the Courtyard Marriott also in Overland Park. Both Hotels are within 10 minutes of the club and offer a host of Amenities. Bookings can be made before November 11th. The Eddie Herr ITF and the National Indoor Championships have overlapping dates, which makes them concurrent events. Players are permitted to register for both events (permission from both Tournament Directors is not required), but players may NOT participate in both events.

Players who registered for and are selected for both tournaments (qualifying or main draw) must notify the Tournament Committees of which tournament they would like to participate in by November 15th. Players who withdraw from one event to participate in the other after the date of November 15th , or who apply for and receive wildcards for one of the events and then subsequently withdraw from the other will be assessed suspension points for withdrawing to play in another tournament. Players may not participate in both events.

The Club will be open from 9 am - 3 pm for players to practice on Thanksgiving Day. Please either call the club (913) 642 - 6880, or email anthony@opracquetclub.com to reserve a court on that day. The Court rate will be $20 per hour on that day.

Overland Park will offer a full thanksgiving buffet including turkey and all trimmings. The buffet will be complimentary for the players and $20 for an additional guest or parent. To reserve your meal please email ann@opracquetclub.com

There will be 3 practice courts available throughout the tournament. Reservations can be made at the tournament desk. Players will be able to book 1 hour at a time with up to 4 players per court

Overland Park Racquet Club has cameras on every court, and players can choose to purchase matches if they wish to do so. The cost is $20 + tax per match.

We will have 2 stringers on site during the tournament, the cost is $20 for labor if you provide your own strings. The club has a full selection of string if you need.

Overland Park Racquet Club has 17 full time professionals who can be available to hit with players if you need a practice partner. The cost is $40 for 30 minutes or $75 for a full hour. Please email Anthony Perkins at anthony@opracquetclub.com to set up a time if you need.

There is a gym and recovery room available at the club for all players, but as the gym is operated by a separate company, we will need players to sign a waiver in order to use the facilities. The waiver will be available at the front desk and the tournament desk

There will be a trainer onsite throughout the tournament for basic needs.
