DRAWS AND MATCH TIMES ARE NOW POSTED
All draws and match schedules are now posted. All players should check-in 15 minutes prior to their match times. Players should be prepare to go on the tennis court when they come to the tournament desk to check-in. This means the players have the tennis racket, tennis bag, water, sun screen, etc. and have gone to the restroom, if needed before coming to the tournament desk.
Please remember to bring your completed medical release form. We look forward to seeing you Saturday.

as a Level 5 (no Southern points). Registration must be completed online. In

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for green balls in Youth
Progression will play on a full court with green dot balls. Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Youth Progression (for
children ages 7-10)

New for 2019
USTA Georgia is publishing two separate standing lists for
10 and under players: Orange Ball standings and Green Ball standings. Players will receive same level points
for this tournament but will be listed in separate standing lists according to
their ball color (green ball players no longer
receive level 3 points on a level 4 or 5 tournament).
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
entries.
Draws
Draws will be published by Friday. It is your responsibility
to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match times and any
other updates. Any match times
found on the Internet, outside of the First Match Time Report, are unofficial.
Official match times only may be found on the posted draw sheets at the
tournament sites. Players must check the posted draw sheets to get their match
time and the location.
Format
All
players will be placed in two matches with the FIC Quarter Finals consolation
match format. Main draw and consolation match scoring for BG12-18 is 2 sets
with a 3rd set match tiebreak. FIC through Quarterfinals, 3rd and 4th place
playoffs. Some consolations matches may not finish. There is a 16 draw limit
for all age groups. Players placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the main draw and consolation
winner will receive a trophy. No other promotional items will be distributed.
Withdrawals and
Refund Policy
If
this tournament is canceled due to weather conditions, players will receive a
credit towards future Triumph-N-Tennis tournaments as follows: No match played
- 100% registration fee credit to future tournament, 1 match played - No
refund. Note: USTA service charge is non-refundable.
