The June Level 3 is "open" to all section residents - there is
no draw limit and no points are required for entry.
- Singles = FIC-R16 Doubles = SE
- 3rd Place match is played for both singles and doubles
- Consolation finals are played out

PARKING
Due to the close proximity of the Baseline Tennis Center to 4 major athletic venues, parking may be at event rates (up to $10.00/car) with no in/out privileges. Metered parking is available behind the building at $1.25/hr (quarters only) as available. Please consider carpooling, walking a longer distance, etc. to minimize the impact of these events. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

BTC Tournament Refund Policy
Refunds for tournament entry fees are offered as follows: * Prior to entries closing, players must withdraw electronically through the Tennis Link system. * After the close of entries through the business day prior to the beginning of a tournament, Baseline Tennis Center will refund entry fees for a medical/family emergency reason only. A $10 processing fee will be assessed to each refund per event. (This is based on the event fee, and does not include the $3 Internet registration fee.) * No refunds are offered for withdrawals after the close of the business day prior to the beginning of a tournament through the close of the event (i.e. 5pm Thursday for a tournament that begins Friday).

SEEDING - The Computerized List Method will be used for seeding (FAC Comment II.A-4), based on the current standings/ranking list.

COMPETITORS LIST - ALTERNATE LIST - EMAIL
If you find your name on the alternate list, it means one of three things: 1. You did not have enough points to qualify for the tournament based on the age group you selected. 2. In the case of a Level 7, you had too many points. 3. You may have been the only player in that age group, therefore it is not being held. - Being placed as an "Alternate" means you did not qualify for the tournament based on one of the above points. - If you do not qualify for the tournament and are not selected, you WILL BE notified via the email address you provided when you registered for the tournament and your credit card WILL NOT be charged. - If you do qualify for the tournament, you WILL NOT be notified and must check the draw for start times. PLAYERS MUST PLAY DOUBLES IN THE SAME AGE GROUP THEY PLAY SINGLES IN - NO CROSSING OVER TO OTHER AGE GROUPS - THIS RULE APPLIES TO ALL LEVEL 3,4 & 5 TOURNAMENTS

PLAYERS AGES 10 & UNDER/STARS & TROPHIES PLAYERS - 12's players must turn 11 years of age the month the tournament takes place in order to register for the event, unless you have been grandfathered to yellow ball.

New Format of Play for Level 3's & 4's
Beginning October 1, 2017 the following changes will take place for all USTA Northern Level 3's and 4's. (These changes were discussed, voted on and passed by the USTA Northern Junior Competition Committee).
- All singles play in the main draw up to the semi finals and 3rd place matches will be best of 2 sets with a 10 point Match Tie Break in lieu of the 3rd set. All consolation matches will be best of 2 sets with a 10 point Match Tie Break in lieu of the 3rd set.
- All doubles play will be one set, no-ad scoring with a standard tie break at 6-6 - single elimination.
- All 12's singles play for both boys and girls will remain the same - a match tiebreak for every match. Doubles play will follow the new format.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, June 10, 2018 9:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
