SITE LOCATION UPDATE - NEW SITES
Due to the hurricane that impacted Palm Beach County, we have added site locations to assist us with hosting this prestigious event. Please check the website (click 'more info') for the updated sites - all matches will take place on clay courts. Thank you. *Saturday's matches at all sites will begin @ 8am except for Broken Sound CC (matches begin at 11:30am).

HURRICANE RELIEF
To
aid recovery following hurricanes Maria and Irma we will be collecting canned
goods at each of the Sites and donating them to relief organizations for Puerto
Rico and the islands. If you are able to donate an item(s), please feel free to
give them to the Site Director upon arrival. Wishing safe travels to our
friends from Puerto Rico and all participants.

PLAYERS WITHDRAWING: REPLACING PLAYERS IN DRAWS
Once the draws are posted online, alternates will replace the withdrawn player.

For updated weather details and/or possible match delays,
please check the TennisLink website. DO NOT check the times listed on the
draws, as those times will only be changed in the evening (if applicable), not
during the day.

PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN PRIOR TO PLAY ON SATURDAY
All players must fill out a Player Contact form and Medical Release before playing their first match. Click 'more info' to view the two documents; please do not email or fax it to our office pre-event. We will have blank copies at each site or feel free to bring it with you when you check in.Update

MATCH SITES: MULTIPLE BEING USED
Divisions will be held at multiple facilities. PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE SITE THAT YOU COMPETE AT (check the initials on the draws) & check in 20 minutes before your match time. All players will need to fill out paperwork (distributed when they check-in) and a medical form before they can play their matches.

If you would like to be an on-site alternate, you MUST check in with the Site Director on Saturday, Oct. 7 by the following times:
Reminder, if any on-site alternates' ranking affects the seedings, they will not be allowed to compete in the event (USTA rule).

DOUBLES INFO & DEADLINE
*The doubles deadline is Thursday, September 28 @ 5pm. If you have a partner and/or would like for us to pair you with someone, please email Adam Baron at ABaron@YellowTennisBall.com
(make sure to get a confirmation email). Doubles event consists of a
single-elimination draw (6-game Set with no-ad scoring, 7-point Tiebreak at 6-6). There will be a 3/4 Playoff in doubles.
IMPORTANT: ALL doubles will take place BEFORE
singles matches on Days 1 & 2. Make sure to double-check your start times and
site abbreviations and check in 15 minutes before your scheduled match time. In addition, a player can only play doubles in the
same division as they are playing singles.

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
