USTA-MANDATORY MEDICAL RELEASE FORM-Each player that enters a USTA/STA/LTA sanctioned junior tournament must complete a medical Release form signed by his/her parent or guardian BEFORE

This tournament will offer a non-elimination format 12 & under Green Ball event to transition 10 & under players from the 60' orange ball to a 78' court. Players will receive half of the tournament points as the 12 & under yellow ball division.
