Indianapolis Racquet Club East is located at 4901 N. Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis In 46226 and is approximately 10-12 minutes with no traffic is using I-465 East (from the Dean Rd Club) to exit lanes for Shadeland Ave.

Carmel Racquet Club is located at 225 E. Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN 46032 approximately 15 minutes from the IRC Dean Road Club.(317) 844-1177. Take 82/86th street left (west) to Keystone Ave north. Turn right(north) on Keystone Ave to 116th st. Turn left (west) on 116th st to S Range Line Road. Turn right on Range Line Rd to Carmel Drive. Turn right on Carmel Drive to CRC on your right. ***Altenate route: Take 82/86th street left (west) to Westfield Blvd/ Range Line Road. Turn right (north) on Westfield Blvd/ Range Line Rd to Carmel Drive. Turn right on Carmel Drive to CRC on your right.

DO NOT ENTER A CONFLICTING TOURNAMENT!!!!!!!!
NO PLAYERS have been given permission by the John F. Hennessey tournament to enter any other tournament scheduled during the Dec 27-30 time period. All players whose name appears on the applicant list for the Hennessey at our deadline will be REQUIRED to play in the Hennessey, unless withdrawn due to illness, injury or personal emergency. Those exceptions do not include entering or playing in another tournament either local or higher level Midwest or National. If you are on an alternate list for a higher level tournament, you must withdraw your name from that tournament before our deadline to enter the Hennessey. WE DO HOPE YOU GET INTO THE HIGHER LEVEL TOURNAMENT, BUT THE HENNESSEY IS NOT WILLING TO CHANGE DRAWS, SCHEDULES OR PLAYERS (ESPECIALLY SEEDS) AFTER OUR DRAW IS MADE AND SCHEDULED.

We have received permission from USTA/Midwest Section to change events in this tournament. There will be no doubles events offered in any divisions.

PRACTICE COURTS
Tournament players are welcome to rent courts for practice at both of our facilites. A credit card is required at the time of making the reservation. We accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Let our front desk staff know that you are a tournament participant and we will waive the guest fees. Sorry, no refunds are given for unused courts. Call the front desk at East Club (317) 545-2228 or Dean Road Club (317) 849-2531 to make your reservation.

Selections and seeds will be finalized using the points per round lists from the MW standing lists. ***********Check the" Future Match Info Report" on this page after 10am on 12/23/2010 for playiing site, time and day. *****************All matches begin on Monday 12/27 as early as 8am at five different indoor clubs in the indianapolis area.

FORMAT/SCORING
All matches are regular scoring, best of three sets with a match tiebreak instead of a third set. Dunlop Grand Prix balls except BG10 singles will use green dot balls on 78ft ct. First match consolation tournament and playoff for third and fourth place.

FIRST MATCH TIMES/CHECK-IN
Singles matches MAY start as early as 8:00am on Tuesday, 12/27/11. Matches will be played indoors at IRC Dean Road (Dean) and IRC East (East) aqnd other Clubs in the Indianapolis area. Draws and first match times will be posted on the internet by 10 am Friday, 12/23/11. Times are official unless contacted directly with a revised time (please make sure that you have provided your phone number and email address at tennislink registration) and might change from the first posting.

DRESS CODE
Proper tennis attire must be worn. Bare midriffs, spaghetti straps, short shorts and offensive t-shirts are not considered appropriate. Thank you for your cooperation.

Privacy issues do not allow USTA data base phone # or email addresses to be automatically downloaded to tournaments unless you include them with your on line entry. LATE ENTRIES
Late singles entries MAY BE accepted with a $10 late fee, if space is available in the draw. All players entered before the deadline will have priority over any late entry. After the seeding has been determined by the seeding committee, a "seedable" player cannot be accepted as a late entry.

RESTAURANTS & SHOPPING
Please visit Joe's Crab Shack Restaurant (located directly across the street from our Dean Road Club) while you're in town! Several other restaurants are located nearby both club locations. For shopping, visit Keystone at the Crossing Fashion Mall and Castleton Square Mall. Both of these major malls are located within minutes of the Indianapolis Racquet Club.

CITA Level 3. Midwest Level 5. All matches use regular scoring
with a match tiebreak (10 pt) in lieu of third set. In addition to
first match consolation, we offer playoff for third place. Requests
for special scheduling may not be able to be accommodated.
Available indoor sites in the Indianapolis area will be used if
needed. Playoff for third place in singles. Draws may be limited to
32 players per division.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, December 20, 2011 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
