Please have the Medical Release Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian with you at check-in.

DOUBLES INFORMATION
When registering for the tournament, please if at all possilbe indicate who you will be playing doubles with during the registration process. If you have already registered for singles, you may use the Edit Registration link on the tournament home page to add a doubles partner. If you do not see your partner's name next to yours on the Applicants list before draws are made then the system will not enter you into the doubles draw.
All players must have doubles partners or random pairing requests in by no later than 5:00pm Wednesday, July 14 (excluding mixed).
Do not assume that since you are signed up for doubles without a partner you will be paired at random. You must indicate that you want to be paired.
Thursday, July 15, doubles draws will be made in the morning and players wishing to be paired at random will be drawn by lot.
Mixed doubles partners must be in by noon on Saturday, July 17.
We will play 2 rounds of doubles Friday afternoon beginning no earlier than 4:00pm.
We will begin mixed doubles play Sunday afternoon.
Scoring format will be 8 game pro set.

PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be available at Lagoon Park Tennis Center and O'Connor Tennis Center starting at 6:30 AM Saturday and Sunday mornings.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
The USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of the tournament registration. Please download and bring this form completed with you of fax it to us @ (334)240-4060. Players are not allowed on court without this signed release:

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 11, 2010 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
