CHECK IN
ALL players will check in on Friday, May 28th, at PENNCREST HIGH SCHOOL, a minimum of 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time.

2010 OFFICIAL HOST HOTEL FOR ALL DELCO TENNIS ASSOC. EVENTS
The 'official' host Hotel will be the STAYBRIDGE SUITES, 400 EVERGREEN DRIVE, GLEN MILLS, PA 19342. Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom suites are available. Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary laundry facilities and free high speed internet access. In addition, the Hotel has a 24 hour business center. The tournament rates range from $119. - $199. per night and include a hot breakfast daily. YOU MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO GET THESE RATES, 610-358-2560, AND REFER TO THE ROOM BLOCK CODE ASSIGNED TO YOUR SPECIFIC EVENT. The codes can be found on the tournament Home Page and on the DELCO TENNIS ASSOCIATION website. FOR ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE: You may email the Hotel, sales@sbsglenmills.com, with your request for the above. You must provide a phone number where you can be reached. Emails will be answered within 24 hours Monday - Friday, and by NOON Monday if your email was sent over a weekend. REMINDER: You MUST refer to the Room Block Code for your specific event. DOUBLES SIGN-UPS
ON LINE ONLY with confirmed partner. BOTH players must indicate partner. Players will NOT be paired up.

SINGLES AND DOUBLES SELECTION
Players who get selected for doubles and NOT singles and DO NOT wish to just play doubles must email the Tournament Director at tennisnut@iname.com, at time of entry. If a player(s) DOES NOT notify the Tournament Director of their intent, it is assumed the player(s) will play doubles.

DOUBLES START TIMES
DOUBLES Start times on Friday are posted 4pm start. SOME singles matches MAY be played at 4pm on Friday. Singles matches on Friday only will be regular scoring for 2 sets and a match tie-brerak for the 3rd set.

LATE ENTRIES
THERE WILL BE NO LATE ENTRIES OR DOUBLES CHANGES MADE AFTER CLOSE.

1. Wison Xtra Duty US Open balls will be used. NEW balls
provided for the 3rd set. 2. Best of 3 tie-break sets with regular
scoring for Singles on Saturday and Sunday and 8 game Pro-Set for
Doubles. With inclement weather, scoring format subject to change,
with written permission from USTA/MS. 3. No electronic devices may
be used on or in court vicinity-cell phones, CD players, etc. 4.
Draw size is 32 singles and 16 for doubles. Level 5 event is a full
feed in consolation for singles ending with the QF.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, May 19, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
