Sorry folks but there is no chance for playing tennis today. All matches are canceled. Matches completed of course will count for points in the particular round you were in. Thanks for being a part of the Junior Excellence. This is the first time I know of where we couldnt complete the event...Once again sorry, but I am glad that we did get some matches in through all the rain...Take care

Only the Singles will be played on Sunday 10/24/10. The doubles could not be scheduled due to the limitation on time and courts...

Match Format:
All main draw matches will be the best 2 out of 3 sets, with a tiebreaker at 6 games all. There is a Feed in Consolation up to the quarter finals. FIC will be the best 2 of 3 sets with a 10 point tiebreaker at 1 set all, in lieu of a third set. Please make sure you check for you next match time before leaving the site. If you have any question please ask the tournament desk...Doubles will be an 8 game pro set, single elimination

Notes
The top 32 ranked players who apply will qualify for the
tournament. Doubles will be 8 game pro sets. Tournament desk are at
Solano Athletic Club, Fairfield Ca for B/G 18s and some B16s
players so please check the draw sheets. And for the rest of the
B/G 16s please check for your match location. If your match is at
Green Valley Country Club. please check in there 15 minutes prior
to your match time if possible. Match play may be played under the
lights. Please check the internet for your start times. Players
should report to their appropriate site at least 15-30 minutes
before you scheduled time, ready to play. Players are responible
for transportation between sites. Original published times may be
changed due to withdrawals. Please plan on being available in case
your time changes. *****Prior to October 15, submit ALL inquiries
about the draw by E-mail to Referee Lonnie Gibbs at
la_gibbs@pacbell.net***** Starting Oct.15, make contact by E-mail
or phone to Adam or Lonnie. During tournament days, notify the main
tournament desk at Solano AC about withdrawals etc. or to get
updates in case of inclement weather. Players are expected to wear
acceptable contemporary tennis attire. Practice courts will be
available in the mornings prior to the day's first matches.

recommended hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn at I-80 and Travis Blvd.
