G16 and G18 DOUBLES SCHEDULE!
One round of Girls 16 and Girls 18 Doubles will be scheduled today Saturday. ********************Those players who have a 6:15 pm singles match today, Saturday, will be scheduled for their first doubles on Sunday after their singles.

SCHEDULING REQUESTS
Players must be able to play matches each day all day. Due to the size of the draws we CAN NOT accomodate ANY scheduling requests outside of the girls individual IHSAA tournament play.

IHSAA PARTICIPATION SCHEDULE
Girls who play in the IHSAA individual singles or doubles championships on Saturday at North Central High School will have their schedule modified to allow them to complete their High School tournament. HOWEVER, THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PLAY ONE MATCH ON SATURDAY AFTER 5:00PM in the CITA qualifier.

FIRST MATCH CHECK IN
Please go directly to the site of your first match to check in. You DO NOT need to report to North Central High School prior to your first match unless your first match is at North Central.

FORMAT
This tournament is FULL FEED IN for singles only. Which means each participant will lose twice before they are out of the tournament. Scoring is best 2 out of 3 sets with set tie breaks in each set. BOTH players MUST return to the tournament desk to report scores.

ORDER OF PLAY
All divisions begin play on Friday except G16's and G18's due to the Girl's IHSAA Individual Championship Tournament that is schedule to finish on Saturday at NCHS(Barbara S. Wynne Tennis Center). G16's and G18's will begin on Saturday.

DOUBLES DEADLINE
You must enter doubles, with a partner, on Friday prior to 12:00 noon for all divisions except G16's and G18's. You may also ask to be assigned a partner if one is available. If you are assigned a partner, you may not decline to play for any reason other than injury or illlness. Doubles play begins on Friday after 4:00pm. WE HOPE to have doubles 1st round times available by 2:30pm Friday. G16's and G18's doubles deadline is 12:00 noon Saturday and play begins Saturday after 5:00pm.

DRESS CODE
The Washington Township dress code for tennis will be enforced. No torn-off shirts or shorts, no spaghetti strap tops or tube tops. No clothing with words or pictures referring to alcohol, drugs, tobacco, sexual or bodily s will be allowed. No bare midsections exposed when arms are at rest.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, May 31, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
