Level:
This event will be a CITA Level 3 & Midwest Level 6 tournament.

Draw Size:
BG 10s & 12s draws will be limited to 8 players. BG 14-18s draws will be limited to 16 players. Selection will be made according to the latest Midwest rankings and posted on Tuesday. Thank you!

Order of Play:
*Friday* Play begins at 6 pm. *Saturday* Play begins at 8 am. *Sunday* Play begins at 8 am.

Scoring:
All matches consist of two tiebreak sets (with a set tiebreak at six games all), followed by, in lieu of a third set, a match tiebreak (first player to 10 points with a 2 point lead). Advantage scoring will be used for all matches.

Practice Courts:
Practice courts are available on Friday, Nov. 20th by calling (317)788-7700. The courts cost $36 per hour.

Warm-Up Courts:
Available at 7am at the UIndy Tennis Center only on the dates of the tournament on a first-come basis.

The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannot provide contact information to tournament directors unless the customer provides the contact information during the registration process. Previously the home phone number and e-mail address were pre-filled from the USTA Membership database when a player went through the online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you do not provide an e-mail address and/or telephone number when you register for this tournament, then we will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 16, 2008 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
