First Match Labels (Avery 5160)

PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY at your time/site, as we will be using three different sites the first two days of the tournament. On SATURDAY.. Boys 18 will be playing at Princeton (PR) and the Boys 12 will be at either Sycamore (SY) or Cincinnati Hills (CH). PLEASE CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST SCHEDULED MATCH TIME ON SATURDAY AT THE CORRECT SITE. Player t-shirts, draw sheets, etc will be distributed at players' first match.

This is an outdoor event. In the event of rain, we may have to go indoors to complete the event on time. The charge will be $10 per player per match for singles and $5 per player per match for doubles.

All players must sign up by 12noon on Saturday, June 7.

If you are taking the SAT test on Saturday, June 7, you must be available to play by 2:00pm. You must notify us by email (dorianna.manis@queencityfitness.com) no later than 6:00pm on Monday, June 2. It is recommended that the player request from the ACT for a test center change to a Cincinnati area testing center. All test center changes are subject to the availability of the test center materials and seating space. To request a test center change up to ten days before the test date, follow the instructions on the back of your admission ticket. All test center changes are made after the regular admission deadline.

The most recent Midwest and Ohio Valley Standings List (as of June 2) will be used for seedings and selection of alternates.

Singles will be draws of 64, FIC through the quarters with playoff for 3/4. Doubles will be draws of 32, single elimination. All singles matches will be 2 tiebreak sets with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set, doubles will be 8 game prosets. Weather permitting, we will play 2 rounds of main draw singles, 1 round of consolation singles and the first round of doubles on Saturday. Singles main draw quarters and semis will both be played on the third day. The singles consolation final will not be played.
