RAIN:

Play for Saturday 1/6 has been cancelled. All matches that were on court will resume play promptly at 8AM on Sunday at your original published site. All matches that were waiting to go on court should report to your tournament desk Sunday at 8:30am. There will no no tolerance for lateness Sunday morning. The Boys18B and the Boys16C draws will follow their original Sunday schedules. We ask all players and parents to be patience as we work to complete this tournament. We WILL play Doubles at some point on Sunday.

15-MINUTE DEFAULT TIME STRICTLY ENFORCED

Players and parents: In the past, all SATA hosted tournaments allowed first round matches an extended 15-minute grace period prior to coding a "default - no show", thereby allowing players 30 minutes after scheduled match time before a default is rendered. This 15-minute grace period is NO LONGER OFFERED PER THE USTA. As such, all players need to be on site and on time to prevent loss of toss and game penalties and/or possible default. It is strongly recommended that you make copies of directions to the sites from www.mapquest and if necessary, locate the site the day/evening before your match time is scheduled. Inability to locate a tournament site is NOTJUSTIFICATION FOR REINSTATING A DEFAULTED MATCH. more info

The Doubles Draws have changed due to a Tournament Administration Error. Please check draws more than once - withdrawals may cause match times to change. Please locate your site prior to the beginning of the tournament and allow extra time for traffic and road construction.

ELIGIBILITY: This tournament is for qualified Texas Super Championship resident junior players and approved out-of-section players ONLY. Out-of-Section applications must be submitted to the Section office 2 weeks prior to the entry deadline. Approved out-of-section players must register for the tournament before entry deadline and may need to submit your entry by mail.
For doubles events, players MUST sign up with doubles partner's USTA ID number before entry deadline. Teams that are not paired up will not be placed on the draw. Only one of the doubles partner need to be of Super Championship qualified status. 20% of doubles points earned will be added to singles standings.
Players may only compete in one ZAT/CMZ/SCMZ per month.
