Draws and seeding / selection
Current points–per-round standings in the age division of the event will be used to seed this tournament. If you have tournament results which are not reflected on these lists or YOU HAVE SPECIAL SCHEDULING REQUESTS, please fax (317-578-3125) or email (irctournaments@hotmail.com) them for receipt by October 26. Selections will be made on Monday, October 29. Selections will be based on the USTA (for out of section players) and the USTA/Midwest current Standing lists. (8 from the G16 top 100 and 56 from the G18 list.) Draws will be made at 5:30 pm on Monday, November 5 using USTA software.Draws will be posted by 12 midnight on Monday, November 5.

Format
Best two out of three sets, regular scoring with a set tiebreak in any set that reaches 6-all. Dunlop Grand Prix balls. First match consolation tournament with quarterfinal consolation and playoff for third and fourth place. NO DOUBLES.

First match times
Matches will start as early as 11 am on Saturday, November 10. Players should call IRC (317-849-2531) after 9 am on Tuesday, November 6 for their first match time. Matches will be played indoors at IRC Dean Road (Dean) and IRC East (East). Draws and first match times will be posted on the internet. Times are official unless contacted directly with a revised time (which is why we need your phone number) and might change from the first posting. PLEASE CONFIRM LOCAL TIME AND PLAYING SITE WHEN YOU CALL.

Dress code
Proper tennis attire must be worn. Bare midriffs, spaghetti straps, short shorts and offensive t-shirts are not considered appropriate. Thank you for your cooperation.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
