There will be no waiting list of players who miss the deadline. The entry deadline is SUNDAY, April 23, 2006 at 11:59PM. Please do not wait til the last minute.

REGISTRATION:
30 Minutes before 1st scheduled singles match at your playing site. Doubles participants on Fri. night will need to register on Sat. for their singles match and receive their t-shirt at that time. There is no play conducted at 14679 Midway Rd., Addison, Tx.

NAT'L JR PTS: "A" Draw ONLY-Nat'l Level 5 ELIGIBILITY: This
tournament is for qualified Texas Super Championship resident
junior players and approved out of section players ONLY. Out of
section application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the entry
deadline. HEADQUARTERS: Hosted by Dallas Tennis Association at
various sites in the Dallas area ENTRY FEES: $40 flat fee (includes
singles and doubles) EVENT LIMIT: 1 singles, 1 doubles

Doubles--7:00 pm Friday; Singles --8:00 am Saturday THIS TOURNAMENT

Mandatory first match loser consolation in singles. This tournament
is for Super Championship qualified juniors. Out-of-section players
may compete, but must be approved for Super Championship play prior
to the entry deadline of the tournament. Contact the USTA Texas

Out-of-section players must enter via U. S. mail.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, April 23, 2006 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
