EVENTS
Girls and Boys 16's and 18's Singles (full Feed-In Consolation) and Doubles (no Consolation)
Players must play the same doubles age event as they enter in singles.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
18 and under: Born July 1, 1986 or later;
16 and under: Born July 1, 1988 or later

ENTRY FEES / REFUNDS
Singles and Doubles - $125 flat fee
Full refunds will be given for withdrawals received prior to the Draw Meeting on June 19. 50% refunds will be given after that time for excused withdrawals.

ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance for the Main Draw will be based on the USTA Junior National Standings. Check www.usta.com, tournament ID 151300305 after 10 a.m. on Friday, June 10 for acceptance. Alternates will be notified by telephone when accepted. An “on-site” players’ list will be maintained at Tournament Headquarters.

DRAW SIZE
Singles draws will be 128 with 4-8 spots reserved for Qualifiers – if needed. Doubles draws will be 32.

DRAW MEETING
The Singles draw meeting will be held at The Landings Yacht, Golf &Tennis Club on Sunday, June 19.
|
REGULATIONS
All participants must be members in good standing of the USTA and show proof at check in. The tournament will provide three new regular duty tennis balls for each singles match with three new balls for a third set.

MATCH FORMAT - SINGLES
Main draw singles: Best 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring;
Feed-In Consolation: 3rd set is Match Tie Break (first to 10 by 2).

MATCH FORMAT - DOUBLES
Doubles: Pro set with Match Tie Break, (first to 10 by 2) at 8 all.
|
COURT SURFACE
All courts are clay – either Har-Tru or Fast-Dry
|
DRESS CODE
Proper tennis attire is required. T-shirts with tennis motifs are acceptable. Smooth-soled tennis shoes are required.

CHECK-IN / REGISTRATION
B16/18 check-in on Friday, June 24 between 2-7 pm in the Helm Club at The Landings Yacht, Golf & Tennis Club.
G16/18 check-in on Saturday, June 25 from 2-7 pm in the Helm Club at The Landings.

DOUBLES Deadline
Both members of a doubles team must check-in together at the Tournament desk by noon on Sunday, June 26. First match times will be available on Sunday evening. Doubles play will begin on Monday, June 27. Players must play doubles in the same age division that they played in singles.

TOURNAMENT SOCIAL
The tournament social will be held at Cici's Pizza on Sunday, June 26 at 7:00 pm FREE for players. Guests may purchase tickets for $5/person at Tournament check-in.

TRANSPORTATION - During the tournament
Transportation during the tournament will be provided for players between tournament hotels and tournament sites.

PRACTICE COURTS
Limited practice courts will be available prior to and during the tournament. Beginning Thursday, June 23, call the Landings Tennis Shop at 239-482-0515 for court availability. Complete practice court information will be distributed at player check-in. Practice sessions can be arranged with pros available.
