This tournament is a USTA Southern Section Level 3 tournament and a USTA South Carolina Level 1 tournament.

Boys and Girls 12s through 18s will have a draw of 64, Boys and Girls 10s draws are limited to 32, Boys and Girls 8s draws are limited to 16.

Highway 52 thru Darlington towards Florence At I-95 overpass get in right lane. Turn right at 2nd light. Turn RIGHT onto Cashua Dr. Travel 2.6 miles to intersection with Eckerd's on left Continue straight on Cashua 0.7 miles to Fairway Dr. (4th left) Turn LEFT onto Fairway Dr. Travel 0.3 miles FCC tennis courts on right.

501 thru Conway toward Marion turns into 76. Remain on 76 which turn into Palmetto to Cashua Dr. Turn LEFT onto Cashua Dr. Travel 0.7 miles to Fairway Dr. (4th left) Turn LEFT onto Fairway Dr. Travel 0.3 miles and FCC tennis courts on right.

MEDICAL RELEASE is now required by Southern prior to playing matches. Parents or Guardians must sign. Please download and bring with you to registration if possible. Both FCC and Southern release must be signed before first match.

Players withdrawing prior to the deadline should do so on line. Players withdrawing within 7 days of tournament start date will not be refunded the entry fee. All withdrawals 7 days before must be sent with reason to lrizzo6430@aol.com No phone withdrawals.

All draws will have full feed in through Quarters and 3/4 playoff. Main draw best 2 out of 3 sets. Consolation will be playing a 10 point in lieu of 3rd set. In event of inclement weather, match format is subject to change.

Wilson balls will be used . New ball will be furnished for the 3rd set in the main draw

Alternates by event report will be updated. Contact us immediately if you realize you are unable to attend so alternates can move up. Check website to see if your alternate status has changed. The tournament will make every effort to contact you if you are accepted in the draw. Make sure your membership profile is correct so we can contact you. Once selected for play your credit card will be charged.

Draws and first match times will be posted no later than 9am Wed April 20th. Please get you first match time on the website and DO NOT call for your times. All check in will be at Florence Country Club. You can check in from 6 to 9 on Friday April 22 and than you can go straight to your site on Sat. IF YOU ARE CHECKING IN ON SAT YOU MUST BE THERE ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR START TIME. THAT MEANS 7 AM FOR A 8 AM MATCH.

Top 64 players from the USTA/SOUTHERN latest standing list. 56 players from the age group and up to 8 from the younger age group and have a top 80 standing and are not in the selected 56. In the boy and girls 10's all selection will come from the 10's standing list and will have a limit of 32. The 8's will have a limit of 16. No later than Monday April 18th we will have the selections on the website.

The Boys 12,14,16,18 and Girls 12,14,16,18 will be played on hard courts. The Girls 8 and 10 and Boys 8 and 10 will be played on clay courts.
