CITA MIDWEST QUALIFIER

Due to participation in the Girl's Indiana State Individual Championships on Friday and Saturday the Girl's 16's and 18's qualifier will start on Saturday 6/11/2005. The schedule may be subject to change from the published schedule, but the Qualifier Staff will attemt to contact any individual whose schedule will need to be changed, as soon as that determination is made.

PLEASE!!! Update your USTA data based phone #. This phone # is the primary way to contact players or parents in an emergency situation or when changes need to be made in any tournament you might enter. If there are changes, the tournament committee will attempt to contact you using your USTA data base phone #. It is your responsibility to keep the tournament updated on a current phone # where you can be contacted before your first match and after the tounament starts.

ALL Players must sign up for doubles or confirm internet doubles sign-up WITH a specific partner by 12 noon Friday to be included in the doubles draw.***( Exception: G16 and G18 doubles deadline is 12 noon Saturday).*** Players who wish to play, but have no partner, may sign up to be ASSIGNED a partner, if one is available, but must play if assigned. ***Doubles may begin Friday after singles and no sooner than 2:30 p.m. (Girl's 16s and 18s doubles may begin after 4:00 p.m. Saturday.)

All players must wear appropriate tennis attire! No shirts or hats with references to drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products or sexual or bodily functions.No cut offor torn shirt sleeves and/or shorts are allowed. No rolled down waistbands are allowed. The bottom lf the shirt or top must meet the top of the short or skirt with arms at rest throughout the match. Girls - no spaghetti straps or tube tops. Boys - no tank tops.

Doubles matches will be one 8 game "pro-set" with a set tiebreak at 8 games all. The first team to reach 8 games, by a margin of 2 games, wins. **(If a tiebreak is played at 8 games all, the first team to reach 7 points in the tiebreak by a margin of 2 points, wins.)
