Order of Play!
Saturday and Sunday - 1 round of singles and 2 rounds of doubles .*** Monday and Tuesday - 1 round of main draw, 2 rounds of consolation, and one round of doubles.*** Wednesday - quarters and semis of main draw, 2 rounds of consolation, and one round of doubles, if necessary.*** Thursday - Finals, 3rd place playoffs, 2 rounds of consolation and 1 round of doubles, if necessary.

Dress Code!
All Players must wear appropriate tennis attire! No shirts or hats with references to drugs or tobacco products or sexual or bodily functions. No cut off or torn sleeves and/or shorts are allowed.Rolled down waistbands are allowed. The bottom of the shirt or top must meet the top of the short or skirt with arms at rest throughout the entire match. Girls - No spaghetti strap tops or tube tops. Boys - No tank tops.

All Doubles entries MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON THE PLAYERS REGISTRATION FORM BY THE DEADLINE time 4:00 p.m. (INDIANAPOLIS TIME) Friday June 24, 2005. ****Draws will be made ASAP on Friday evening and times will be available on Saturday morning June 25, by the end of each singles players first match.****** TWO (2) ROUNDS OF DOUBLES PLAY WILL BEGIN AFTER 12:00 noon on Friday June 25, 2005, the first day of tournament play. Alternates in the singles draw may find out if they have been accepted into the doubles draw on Saturday morning after 8:00 a.m.

Find out from YOUR district endorser whether you are on your DISTRICT'S ALTERNATE LIST or you are on your DISTRICT'S QUOTA LIST. *** If you are an Alternate call 317-259-5377 after 4:30 pm Wednesday June 22 or 7a.m.- 7 p.m. Thursday June 23 for your selection status. 1) "IN THE DRAW"- Report to Indy for registration 6/24/05. or 2) #__ on the "STANDBY ALTERNATE LIST" -will be called, in order, if a spot opens in the draw and if feasible to get to Indy by the planned match time. 3) "NOT IN'- below #10 on the Standby list and therefore not likely to be selected.***ANY ALTERNATE MAY COME TO INDY as an "ON-SITE ALTERNATE" if a spot becomes available BUT ARE NOT GUARENTEED A SPOT IN ANY DRAW.***

ON-site alternates may register at the main site on Friday, but will not be charged an entry fee unless they receive a spot in either the singles draw or the doubles draw. *****Only endorsed players may play doubles. Doubles players will need to pay $20 per person if not in the singles draw. *****All ON-site alternates accepted into the singles draw must pay their $60 entry fee before they begin play (their CCards were not charged on the TennisLink on-line registration).

Player Information Form:
All quota and alternate players must complete the Player Information Form and return it to the District Endorser in order to be considered for selection to the tournament. Please see your District Endorser for any questions.

USTA/Midwest Section Parent/Player Meeting:
This meeting is for all parents, players and coaches in the tournament. USTA/Midwest Section Director of Junior Tennis, Andrea Calvert-Sanders and Ranking Coordinator Greg Boyd will present on important changes in junior tennis in the USTA/Midwest Section. The meeting will be held Sunday, June 26, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. at the Barbara Wynne Tennis Center.
