Please report to your site at your given match time unless you receive a call from your site director or the CDTA Office. If it is raining, and you have not yet heard from your site director, please call us at 847-803-2382 before leaving for your match and we may be able to give you an update.

Notes
This tournament is open only to Chicago District players who
appeared on the 2003 Chicago District, Midwest Section, or National
final singles ranking lists in the 12 - 18 & under age groups,
or have qualified through our Pre-Qualifier, and have shown proof
of US Citizenship (US Birth Certificate, US Passport, valid Alien
Registration Card). If you did not submit this proof in 2003, it
must be received in our office by May 17, 2004 in order for the
player to be placed in the draw. Players appearing only on the 2003
Chicago District final singles ranking in the 10 & under
division, must play the Pre-Qualifier event June 5-6, 2004. No ad
scoring may be used, and the draw may be limited. Any conflicts
with ACT, SAT testing, or graduation must be submitted in writing
to the District Office by May 17, 2004. Players will be called by
the site director with first match times. DRESS CODE According to
USTA regulations, proper tennis attire is required for this event.
No matter how professional players are attired, we will be
enforcing the following regulations. Clothing NOT considered proper
tennis attire can include, but not be limited to: - Sports bras
worn alone (without a shirt). - Shirts with reference to sex,
drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or violence. - Compression shorts worn
alone (not covered by shorts or a skirt). - Girls tops must cover
midriff when arms are at rest. - Boys: no tank tops or cutoff
t-shirts.
Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
