***Per Miami-Dade County regulations and the City of North Miami Beach, everyone must wear a mask. Offenders will be asked to leave the facility
***Make sure you are practicing social distancing during your time at the tennis center
***No one will be allowed in the walkway between the courts

DO NOT check the times listed on the draws, as those times will only be changed in the evening (if applicable), not during the day. 1-Check-In 20 minutes before your match at the tournament desk
2-Once your match is called, you will need to report to the tournament desk (4 player maximum/wear a mask and follow the markers 6' apart) before you go to your assigned court, get a temperature check and balls will be given to you
3-Bring paper and pen to write scores down in between games
4-Once your match is complete you will need to go to the tournament desk, report your score, check the accuracy and make sure the time of your next match

For the safety of all tournament players, parents and coaches, we will be using a loudspeaker to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. We will call players to the tournament desk which will include markers on where to stand (min. 6' apart).

This tournament is part of the Tennis Recruiting.net National Showcase Series. Tournaments in the National Showcase Series are USTA Sanctioned junior tournaments open to players from all sections. These tournaments are designed to give a broad range of players the chance to compete outside their districts and sections - and these tournaments will count towards Tennis Recruiting rankings. Players who compete in these tournaments and win at least one match will become NATIONAL PLAYERS for their Tennis Recruiting rankings. If you are playing with a training partner, academy team or group, please advise the Tournament Director IN ADVANCE so you can be split up in the draw. Please text me (754-422-0120) or send me an email (francis@tennis-tournaments.org) with names. Please note this must be done BEFORE the DEADLINE.

12's, 14's, 16's and 18's: 2 Tiebreak Sets (Set Tiebreak at 6 games all) and a Match Tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd Set (1st to 10 points win by 2). There is a 3 minute rest period between the 2nd Set and the Match Tiebreak. During the rest period coaching is allowed via cell phone to follow social distancing guidelines but players do not leave the court. The Consolation Draw will use the same format. Please advise the tournament desk if you plan to play Consolation at the end of your 1st Match within 20 MINUTES. FAILURE TO ADVICE THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR OF YOUR DESIRE TO PLAY CONSOLATION within 20 minutes WILL RESULT AS A DEFAULT IN THE CONSOLATION DRAW. Please note the scoring format can be changed during the tournament by the tournament director especially when it's due to inclement weather.

AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THEIR MATCH, BOTH PLAYERS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REPORT THEIR SCORES TO THE TOURNAMENT DESK AND MAKE SURE IT'S ACCURATE. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE ONCE THE INITIAL SCORE IS RECORDED.

They will be NO REFUND or CREDIT after the tournament deadline. If you need to WITHDRAW, please go to EDIT REGISTRATION prior to the DEADLINE.
