END OF DAY 3 & DAY 4 SCHEDULE
Some great tennis played here on Day 3! We really appreciate all the kids attitudes and efforts all weekend. There has been some great competitive tennis with very good sportsmanship by all the players.
DAY 4 SCHEDULE
We are going to start the day at 9:00am and the doors will be open at 7:30am. ALL consolation and playoff matches will be at 9:00am.
Finals of the main draw will be on court 1 at 10:00am.
Please make sure all finalists leave there address so we can mail the trophies after they come in.

END OF DAY 2 & THE DAY 3 SCHEDULE
EVERYTHING RAN PRETTY SMOOTH ON DAY 2 WITH A COUPLE DELAYS AFTER SOME LONG 3 SETTERS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
SATURDAY MATCHES BEGIN AT 9AM AND THE CLUB WILL OPEN AT 7:30AM. INDOOR COURTS WILL BE OPEN FOR WARMING UP AT 7:30AM.
TRAINER WILL BE ON SITE BY 8:45AM
WE WILL HAVE 2 ROUNDS OF CONSOLATION AND 2 ROUNDS OF MAIN DRAW.
WE WILL ALSO PLAY THE FIRST MATCH OF THE QUARTERFINAL CONSOLATION PLAYOFF.
AND COLLEGE FOOTBALL SATURDAY WILL BE ON ALL DAY IN THE RESTAURANT AND EVENT ROOM!

All main draw will be FULL 2 out of 3 sets!
Consolation will play a 10 point match tiebreak for the 3rd set

Stringing will be available. Turn in all rackets to our front desk in the main lobby.
Thanksgiving day could be longer turn around time being short staffed.

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, November 21, 2020 1:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
