We will play Thursday AM the whole first round (just one round so just one match per player) and then we will play Friday, Saturday, Sunday the remaining matches. All 3 other days we will start after 4 PM. Exact times will be assigned late tonight for Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The times for Thursday are already on the draw.

When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.

Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

32 player selection process: Selection will be based on the section standing in the age group of the event and the next youngest age division. There will be up to two (2) players in 32 player draws, provided the applicants are in the top 25 of the Eastern standing list of the next youngest age division (please note this will not occur in the 12U division). Players may register for multiple age divisions, but will only be admitted to one. Selection is completed for the older age groups first; if a player is selected to an older age division they will automatically be withdrawn from the younger division. If the player is not selected for the older division, they will only be eligible for the younger division. Please keep this in mind when registering.

This is a national L4 and an Eastern Super Six. Due to COVID, national has given the sections one additional L4 to count this year. Originally we were allotted 4 (four) L4 but a few weeks ago it was decided we could upgrade to 5 (five) L4 tournaments. This will be our 5th L4 for the year.

INDOOR HARD COURT TOURNAMENT! Due to CDC regulations, we can not have spectators in the building in the lobby area. Spectator courts maybe assigned depending on number of matches and open courts. Please wear mask at all times in the building and lobby area. Players and parents can walk with their own seat if they wish. Spectator court is on court viewing when a spectator court is available.
