All draws are posted. Please read the following important items regarding this weekend's tournament:

Format for all matches:
2/3 sets, w/ a 10 point tiebreaker for the 3rd
NO AD scoring for all matches

* Payment - Due to the processing error those who did not get charged are asked to pay when first arriving at the site. Cash, check or Venmo is accepted. If paying by check please make it payable to Marty Perry.

* Warm up courts will only be available 30 minutes prior to the first matches of the day. Phoebus High School has 6 courts and is only a couple of miles from the site

* You will need to bring your own chair for on court.

* Masks/face coverings are required at the site at all times. Players may take theirs off to play but are asked to wear them when not in competition.

* Please try to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Check the draw throughout the day in case we move times up or back depending on match flow.

* Players will receive one can of balls per day to use for 2 matches. They will only be used for their service games.

* The USTA is asking that only one parent attend per player and that you leave the facility as soon as possible following your match.

* We will have one score keeper per court and one player per match will keep the score posted. We will give everyone 3 score keeper balls prior to their first match.

MAS EVENT REFUNDS
Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organizations shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points

This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

A player who has been exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the time between player selection and the first scheduled match, may request a refund or credit up to 50% of the entry fee not including Tennislink Fee. The request must be in writing, at least 12 hours in advance of the first scheduled match and must include specific reference to a confirmed exposure or diagnosis.
