Tournament Dates for Age Divisions
The Boys/Girls 12s & 14s will be held FRI/SAT. The 16s & 18s will be held SAT/SUN.

Tournament and Club Protocols
Players and parents are expected to know the USTA-HOA No Tolerance Policy.

SPECTATOR
You are allowed ONE spectator per player, whether parent/guardian/sibling or coach.
Both you and your spectator will have temperature taken once a day.
Spectator may change round to round.
ICE and WATER
Water, ice available at OPRC
CHECK IN
Arrive on site for temperature check and check-in ONLY 10-15 minutes prior to your match. Otherwise, wait in car, etc. Do not hang around in between matches.
MASKS
Masks must always be worn inside. No medical exceptions.
Player must wear mask until reaching court.
ON COURT
If you are on court, no mask for play.
Once you reach the court, follow the social distance protocols the best you can. Sit six feet from opponent.
BETWEEN MATCHES
You are expected to leave venue between matches.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, November 17, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
