VIRTUAL TOURNAMENT DESK (Please Click Link Below and Read)
For the safety of all Tournament players, parents, coaches and staff we will NOT be using a physical tournament desk where social gathering is most common. We instead will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

1. 32 MAX DRAW - TOP 30 FROM STANDINGS LIST AND NEXT 2 BEST UTR'S.
2. NO 10'S DIVISION.
3. NO DOUBLES.
4. ONE PARENT/COACH PER PLAYER.
5. PLAYER MUST USE MATCH TENNIS APP AND SIGN WAIVER THROUGH APP.

1. Masks required off court. Please Dont sign up if that's an
issue. WE have older members that love seeing younger guests people
wearing masks.
2. WE offer food and drinks for sale at our fully operational
restaurant. Please don't bring outside food in
3. WE will using Match Tennis App for check in. If you don't sign
up for this App, you will not be able to check in on game day,
which means you cant play.
4. 1 Parent or Guardian per player that is playing on court. Don't
have you, your coach, and family watch 1 family member play,
because that will be an issue. 1-1 when they are on court.
5. We will likely be using 2 sites for this event. LNRC/Monrach
Beact Tennis Club and RCI.
6. I do not take time requests or "I dont want to play my friend"
requests. I do try to keep kids from the same city away from each
other First Round and Brothers/sisters on opposite halfs.

This event will take the top 30 SCTA ranked players and 2 players
with the top UTR for each age.
This will be a directors (SCTA/USTA) selection, based on SCTA
standings.

might be missed.
This is a singles only event. No backdraw.
**Scoring: 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring, with a 10pt in lieu of
a 3rd set for all matches.
We will be using UTR to determine seeds.
The tournament will be played Saturday; Sunday; and late rounds
will be played on Monday. I'll TRY to get as many rounds finished
by Sunday afternoon.
We will be using Pro-Penn balls. Please do not bring outside food
to the tournament--we have a full service restaurant. No animals
are allowed in the club unless it's a service animal with proper
documentation.
Player Selection Type
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the
close of registration.
Entry Type
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must
be submitted by Sunday, October 4, 2020 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time.
Only USTA members can register online if available.
