+All Players/Staff Must Park in Mooseum
+All Players (Parents)/Staff must fill out a Release Form. Click the "more info" to download and fill out the TennisPlex waiver.+Each Players/Staff/Parents must fill out a Health Form with Temperature Check.
+Only one parent/other spectator will accompany the player.
+All staff and spectators will wear masks at all times.
+All players will wear masks entering and exiting the facility. No masks required on the outdoor tennis courts.
+Areas will be provided for players to leave their personal belongings to ensure social distancing.
+Restroom use will be limited to one player at a time. Tournament will set up cones for the player waiting area.
Players asked to bring a mask and water bottle (filled). No water jugs on the tennis courts.

Once player selections have been made, there will be no credits or refunds if a player is unable to compete for any reason. If there is a rainout and an event is not played at all, a credit may be issued for a future Strike/Zone tournaments (to be chosen by player) within a certain time frame.

If there's inclement weather, please be sure to check the tournament homepage before coming to your match. Matches may be delayed by one or more hours, or canceled for the day. Match format:
Intention is Compass draws of 8 players; playing Single 6-game set; 7-Point Set TB at 6-6, No Ad Scoring. (Total 2 matches).

L7 selection: If draw size is limited selection shall be made from the bottom up. Level 7 events are one day events and players will play up to a maximum of 4 matches.

MAS REGULATIONS AND RANKING POINTS

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

Due to ongoing challenges associated with Covid 19 every tournament is being reviewed to verify that all recommended safety protocols can be met. There may be situations where a previously posted event may need to modify draw sizes, formats, or divisions to ensure safety for all participants. In the event of a change notification of such changes shall be posted on the registration page for the event impacted and all registrants will be notified by email. Please verify that you are providing up to date contact information when registering so that you receive all updates.

**A player who has been exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the time between player selection and the first scheduled match, may request a refund or credit up to 50% of the entry fee not including Tennislink Fee. The request must be in writing, at least 12 hours in advance of the first scheduled match and must include specific reference to a confirmed exposure or diagnosis.

MAS L7, L6 & L5 EVENT REFUNDS Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organization shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

ITEM 1) WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDE A SAFE, HEALTHY AND FUN EXPERIENCE FOR OUR PLAYERS AND OUR COACHES.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A CODE OF CONDUCT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION.

ITEM 2) PRIOR TO ARRIVING TO THE MATCH, PARENTS OR GUARDIANS MUST TAKE THE PLAYER’S TEMPERATURE. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PLAYER HOME IF HE/ SHE HAS A TEMPERATURE OF 100.4 OR ABOVE, HAS TAKEN MEDICATION TO LOWER THEIR TEMPERATURE IN THE LAST 12 HOURS, HAS A COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH OR SOMEONE IN THEIR HOUSE HAS HAD COVID 19 IN THE LAST 14 DAYS.

ITEM 3) WHEN THE PLAYERS CHECKS IN, WE WILL TAKE THEIR TEMPERATURE. IF THEY HAVE TEMPERATURE OF 100.4 OR HIGHER, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE CONDITIONS SPECIFIED IN ITEM 1, 2 AND 3 PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR CHILD TO THIS TOURNAMENT. THERE WILL BE NO EXCPTIONS. THANK YOU!!!
