Covid-19 Procedures:
Requirements and recommendations by USTA for both players & Tournament Directors/Staff.
* Players are advised to keep social distance (6 ft. apart from others) while checking in. * It is encouraged one spectator per player and to keep a social distance. * Players are encouraged to wear masks to the tournament desk and off the court. * Players must bring their only water. * Players are encouraged to leave the court as soon as possible, taking with them all their items (tennis balls, water bottles, trash, etc.). * We will be distributing a different number of tennis balls to each player. * We will designate only one player to flip/change the scorecards. * We will provide some hand sanitizer at the tournament desk.

Directions To Tournament Site:
FROM THE CAPITAL BELTWAY (I-495): At exit 45A, take Dulles
Toll Road (Route 267) west. Turn RIGHT (Reston Parkway) exit 12. At
the third traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Temporary Road. LEFT at
the stop sign onto North Shore Drive. Third RIGHT onto Clubhouse
Road to Hidden Creek Clubhouse.
FROM ROUTE 7 (LEESBURG):
Take Route 7 East through Sterling and past the Fairfax County
Parkway. Go approximately 2 miles and make a RIGHT onto Reston
Parkway. Take Reston Parkway for approximately 5 miles and make a
LEFT onto Temporary Road (across from the Reston Town Center). At
the stop sign make a LEFT onto North Shore Drive. Follow North
Shore around about a 1/2 mile and turn RIGHT onto Clubhouse Road to
Hidden Creek Clubhouse
WAIVER: Players, participants, and any spectators or
individuals that are participating in USTA tournaments,
programs, or events acknowledge the risks associated with
tennis, accept those risks voluntarily, and in consideration
of their acceptance in the USTA tournaments, programs or events,
assume all loss or damage, and any claim or demand therefore
on account of injury to the person or property or resulting
in illness and/or death arising out of or related to their
participation, including without limitation as a result of
any exposure to infectious syndromes or diseases whether caused
by negligence or otherwise. By participating or attending a
tournament, program, or event, the players, participants,
and any spectators assume all risks whether known or unknown.
Furthermore, players, participants, and spectators agree to
release and hold harmless the USTA, its affiliated Sectional
Associations, and Districts/Subdivisions, and the host facility
(hereafter, Released Parties) and the Released Parties
employees and agents with respect to any injury or loss caused by
negligence or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by
law.
Players selected for this tournament, hereby, release TK Tennis,
Hidden Creek Country Club, its owners, and the entire staff from
any and all loss, claim, damages, injuries, or liability that may
arise from the player's participation in this event. The players
accept full responsibility for their use of any and all apparatus,
facility privileges or services whatsoever, and shall hold TK
Tennis and Hidden Creek Country Club, its owners, employees, and
agents harmless against any such claims.
REFUNDS:
Once player selections have been made, and the payment has been
processed, there will be no refunds if a player is unable to
compete for any reason. There will be no refunds for inclement
weather once the tournament has started. However, if the tournament
doesn't happen at all due to inclement weather or any unforeseeable
event, a credit will be given, for the amount of the entry fee
(minus processing fee), that can be used towards any future
tournaments of TK Tennis. This credit will last up to 1 year from
the missed event.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
If there's inclement weather, please be sure to check the
tournament homepage before coming to your match. Matches may be
delayed by one or more hours, or canceled for the day. An update
will be posted throughout the day on the tournament homepage. If
you're unable to access the tournament homepage, please text me @
(703) 864-8672. Match formats may also be shortened and/or
consolations may be canceled.
Messages
MAS EVENT REFUNDS Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organizations shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points
This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

Participants are reminded that it is their responsibility to be aware of and follow any local or state guidelines in addition to following all MAS and event safety requirements.
Due to ongoing challenges associated with Covid 19 every tournament is being reviewed to verify that all recommended safety protocols can be met. There may be situations where a previously posted event may need to modify draw sizes, formats, or divisions to ensure safety for all participants. In the event of a change notification of such changes shall be posted on the registration page for the event impacted and all registrants will be notified by email. Please verify that you are providing up to date contact information when registering so that you receive all updates.

A player who has been exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the time between player selection and the first scheduled match, may request a refund or credit up to 50% of the entry fee not including Tennislink Fee. The request must be in writing, at least 12 hours in advance of the first scheduled match and must include specific reference to a confirmed exposure or diagnosis.
