FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password. Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts.
When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

For the safety of all Tournament players, parents, coaches and staff we will NOT be using a physical tournament desk where social gathering is most common. We instead will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
Hello Players and welcome to CourtSense at Bogota Racquet Club. We
would like to detail our safety procedures throughout the upcoming
tournament.
All players must check in and register from their Match app
outside the club. No one is permitted to enter the club until you
receive a text from the Tournament Director calling your match and
assigning the court. Due to the increased number of COVID cases and
following the guidelines of our County/Borough, we will not be able
to allow any spectators inside the building other than for the
semi-finals and finals. We can only allow 1 (one) spectator per
player for the semi-finals and finals and there can be NO
exceptions to this policy that will be strictly enforced. Masks
MUST be worn at all times in the facility, other than on court. For
the semi-finals and final matches chairs will be set up adhering to
the 6 foot social distancing protocol, and the expectation is for
everyone to remain at a safe distance.
As we understand the importance of viewing the matches, we will
be offering live streaming for $10 per day, so parents/coaches can
watch the matches from outside the building.
In order to be able to have access to the live streaming option
please download the PlaySight app, open a PlaySight account if you
do not have one already, and once you are on the main page please
click on the Live/Vod button (bottom of the screen). This will take
you to the option where you can type in Bogota Racquet Club in the
search box and then simply click on Bogota Racquet Club and you
will be able to view the court that your player is on. You will be
able to enjoy viewing the matches live from the safety of your home
or car or anywhere else. Please note that this option is only live
viewing and it does not provide the recording and the stats of the
match.
As always we will also be offering the PlaySight match
recording, stats, and highlights for $20 for the duration of the
whole tournament. If you choose to use this service, please contact
the front desk and we will handle payment and assist in any way
possible 201-489-1122.

enjoy the weekend matches.
MATCH FORMAT:
All matches are best of three tie-break sets, with a 10-point super
tie-breaker played in lieu of a third set, NO ADD SCORING. A
2-minute on-court break is allowed prior to the beginning of the
super tie-breaker, and COACHING IS NOT PERMITTED.

Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, October 9, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
