Notes
***Draws Shall be limited. BG 12 & 18s will be draws of
8, and BG 14 & 16 will be draws of 16***
Match Formats will be determined based on number of overall
entries.
Match balls: One can of match balls will be given to you to use for
all of your matches on Saturday. As per USTA COVID regulations, you
will use them for only your serve. I will have sharpie pens so you
may mark them with your initials.
Court Chairs: The benches will be removed so you will need to bring
your own chair to use on court.
Players should check in and be ready to play (warmed up, stretched,
and been to the restroom) at least 15 minutes before the match
start time. You will be expected to leave the facility as soon as
possible after each match.
Score Keepers: We will have two score tubes per court. Each player
will be given 2 balls to use on the score keepers for their
matches. The top line player will use the black score tube and the
bottom line player will utilize the white score tube. Be sure to
take your score tube balls with you before you leave the court. We
will be cleaning the score tubes between matches.
Due to COVID water and ice will not be provided. We recommend that
each player brings a cooler and plenty of water.
If a court is open, we will get matches started asap in order to
avoid any delays later in the day!
