Important tournament information
There will be limited seating on court for players as we had to
adjust our facilities for programs during Covid-19, so please bring a
personal chair to guarantee seating during your match (for Saturday hard
court matches).
Boys will be playing on clay courts and
girls will be playing on hard courts for this tournament.Friday matches
for girls will be played at Sportime Bethpage (101 Norcross Ave, Bethpage
NY 11714). All other matches will be played at Sportime Syosset.

Facility specific rules
ARRIVAL FOR SCHEDULED MATCH PLAY
Players should arrive to the facility for
their scheduled match no more than 5 minutes prior to their match time
as per published draws to complete health screening.
PLAYER PROTOCOL
In order to maintain as safe an environment
as possible during this period of Covid-19, All players must wear masks
at all times when in the common areas of the club (entry vestibule,
halls/walkways and bathrooms) as well as maintain social distancing.
Players will be responsible for bringing their own water.
SPECTATORS
In order to maintain as safe an environment
as possible during this period of Covid-19, there will be no spectators
allowed in the facility for this tournament. We
apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
WAIVERS
MANDATORY: All players must fill out and sign
an USTA Waiver through matchtennisapp.com prior to playing their first match. Players will not be
permitted to compete without executing a waiver and deposited with the
club.

When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password. Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Please check your match start time. The USTA encourages players to check the draw, location, and their start time before departing for their match. There may be some last minute change. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement.

Registration and Withdrawals Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Select "Withdraw" under the blue Edit Registration Menu on the lower left of this tournament homepage. Refunds will not be given after the close of registration.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, September 27, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
