In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.

When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password. Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts.
When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

For the safety of all Tournament players, parents, coaches and staff we will NOT be using a physical tournament desk where social gathering is most common. We instead will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. * 48 player selection process: Selection will be based on section standing in the age group of the event and the next youngest age division. Up to 3 players will be selected to the events from the next youngest age group in 48 player draws provided the applicants are in the top 25 of the Eastern Standing list of the next youngest age division; (please note this will not occur in the 12U division.)
*Players may register for multiple age divisions, but will only be admitted to one; selection is done for the older age groups first – if a player is selected to an older age division they will automatically withdrawn from the younger division. If the player is not selected to the older division, they will only be eligible for the younger division and automatically be withdrawn from the older division. Please keep this in mind when registering.

* Draws are limited by the Section to max of 48 players.
* Main Draw: Best of 3 sets with match tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set. No-ad scoring
* Consolation: 8 game pro set, no-ad. Consolation will not be played to completion.
