Inclement Weather Information This tournament is held on outdoor courts. Any inclement weather may result in, but is not limited to, the following: Rescheduling of matches Adjusting the Match Format Canceling of Events (only in extreme circumstances)

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

MAS L7, L6 & L5 EVENT REFUNDS
Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organization shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

of action, both known and unknown and whether arising out of negligence, tort,
contract, warranty, or otherwise which may arise from camp activities,
including but not limited to my child’s use of the Club facilities and

Court Surface Both hard courts and clay courts may be used for this tournament. Respective divisions will play on the same surface throughout the tournament.

Match Format Matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with a tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. Ads will be played.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, September 22, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
