Monday:
· Boys 12s, Boys 14s and Girls 14s will begin at Boca Lago in the morning, and finish in the afternoon at Delray Swim & Tennis Club. Please view the draws for your match times and location.
· Boys 16, Boys 18s, Girls 12s, Girls 16s, Girls 18s: All matches at Delray Swim & Tennis Club.

All matches:
Two short sets, no-ad scoring, first to win 4 games, if 3-3, play a 7-point tiebreak. A 7-point match Tiebreak played at 1-set all.

WARM-UP:
* Delray Swim & Tennis Club (2350 Jaeger Drive, Delray Beach, 33444): 16 courts (1st come, 1st-serve from 7:25 - 7:50am, no courts thereafter). The first matches on (7:50am) will get a 5-minute warm-up because practice courts were available to them. The rest of the players with 1st matches of the day will get up to 10 minutes. All rounds of matches after their first match of the day will get a 5-minute warm-up.

*Delray Beach Tennis Center (201 W. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach): No practice courts available.

* Boca Lago Country Club (9045 Vista del Lago, Boca Raton). Friday (4pm - dark; call to reserve)... Saturday - Sunday (12 courts (1st come, 1st-serve from 7:30 - 8am, no courts thereafter).

* Boynton Beach Tennis Center: (Clay Courts; 10 minutes from Delray Beach): Due to the Pandemic Covid 19 the Boynton Beach Tennis Center has been extremely busy and still has some restrictions. No walkins allowed. All players MUST call in for reservations up to 24 hours in advance 561-742-6575. $8 for Boynton Beach City Limits Residents and $10 for all other players. FORMAT – DRAW SIZE
- Event consists of a feed-in Consolation thru the Rd of 16; Quarterfinal losers will go into it’s own consolation draw. There will be a 3/4 Playoff.
- Singles Main Draw: 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets, with a 10-point Tiebreak for the 3rd set (includes NO-AD-scoring)
- Singles Consolation: Two short sets, first to win 4 games by a margin of 2 games (if 3-3, play to 5) with a 7-point tiebreak at 4-games all. A 10-point match Tiebreak played at 1-set all (includes NO-AD scoring)

MATCHES WILL BE CALLED USING THE MATCH TENNIS APP. 15 minutes before your start time. The player and their guest will both receive a text with instructions. Please go directly to the Site Director Desk. They will explain the rules and give you the tennis ball – DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE COURT.

Please make sure you put a proper phone number that receives text messages of the person (should it not be the player’s cell phone) who will be accompanying you. If you put a phone number of a parent who is not with you at the tournament, you will not be able to receive tournament information.
Make sure you:
1) CHECK IN thru the MatchTennis App. When a court is available, you’ll be notified via text and then
2) Please go directly to the Site Director Desk. They will explain the rules and give you the tennis balls – DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE COURT.
3) Upon completion of your match, FOLLOW THE LINK that was originally sent to you when a court was available and INPUT YOUR SCORES through that link into the Match Tennis App.

In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.

*When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Online Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.

* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

For the safety of all Tournament players, parents, coaches, and staff we will NOT be using a physical tournament desk where the social gathering is most common. We instead will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk to help facilitate CDC guidelines for social distancing. Players may register for more then one division... Player selection begins with the older division first, thus, if a player gets into the older division, they are automatically not selected into the younger division and removed from the younger division's event..

If a player is not selected to either division, they will remain on BOTH alternate lists up until the draws are posted (Wednesday before the tournament) and then they are removed from the older alternate list.

TRN will be sending professional photographer Bill Kallenberg to the GA Jr Open to take action photos for the player profiles on TennisRecruiting.net to be used by college coaches. By entry into this event, players authorize photos to be taken during play. If a player prefers not to have photos taken, please notify the photographer when he comes to the court.
