The gates will open at 7:30 AM. We will still call your court through the Match Tennis App so you will have the link to enter scores when you are done. We are doing a shotgun start at 7:45 AM. Please go ahead and report to your court and check in the through the Match App. The clock will not start on your court until 8:00 am, but we love to get started early! We are so grateful to be open and to be able to host a tournament. We know you may not understand or like some of our policies, but we really appreciate you following them. The items listed below by bullet point are in place to help reduce COVID-19 risks, but items 1 & 2 are the fundamental points that all players, parents & coaches must adhere to: 1. If you do not feel comfortable playing tennis-DO NOT PLAY. 2. If you are sick with any symptoms at ALL, DO NOT ATTEND OR PLAY A MATCH! 3. We ask that each participant limit their spectators to 2 per player. Please bring your own chair and maintain social distancing at all times. The following requirements are in place for all players and parents at this tournament in order to make it as safe as possible for everyone. Participant has not traveled out of the country in the 14 days prior to the tournament. Participant has not been experiencing a cough, difficulty breathing or a loss in taste/smell at the start of the tournament. Participant does not have a fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or above at the start of the tournament. Participant has not been in contact with anyone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the tournament. Participant agrees to not participate in the tournament if they become sick at the start of the tournament (or during). Participant agrees to exit the facility immediately upon completion of their match and reporting of their scores. Participant agrees to maintain a 6 foot distance from all other persons at facility. Participant understands that masks are required everywhere except playing tennis. As a parent of a participant, I understand that my child's temperature may be taken if they begin to show signs of illness during the tournament, and I must pick them up immediately if their temperature is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or above.

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

There will be a trainer at PRC at 7:30 AM daily.

Please follow all of the policies and procedures as we would really like to try and keep hosting tournaments! We are sorry for all of these rules, but they are for your safety as well as ours. Plus it's the only way we are allowed to host event. All players must use the Match App for play. Please check in from your car until you receive your message from Match App that your court is ready. After you finish, please submit your scores so we know the court is open. You must leave the facility right after you play.


Please bring everything you need with you. This includes but not limited to: Court towels, chair, umbrella, sunscreen, cooler, ice, sports drinks, snacks, etc. We do not have ice or water available.


You may come in the clubhouse to use the restroom , drop off/pick up your racquet for string, or make a purchase only and you MUST wear a mask in the building. There is a 15 person limit to the building and a 3 person limit to the restroom on the 1st floor. There is a restroom on the second floor that may be accessed from the outside. There is another restroom on the bottom tier courts. The locker rooms and showers are closed.


You MUST maintain a 6 foot distance from everyone at all times. Please change on the opposite side as your opponent.


Do not shake hands, please only bump racquets.


Bring hand sanitizer with you and please use it often. There will also be some on site.


Please keep all of your belongings with you and do not hang anything on the fences.


Please send the balls over the net by using your foot and/or racquet.


You must wear a mask when walking in the facility until you arrive on your court.


Each court will already have 2 cans of balls waiting on the players.


Please pick up everything from the court as we are not allowed to keep Lost and Found items.

Weekly Sunday Devotional - Sunday, August 23 at 7:35 AM CDT on the FCATennis FB Page LIVE. All players, parents, coaches and friends are invited/welcome!

We will have bottled water, bars and chips for sale at the front desk in the clubhouse.

Please call 205.621.3380 for stringing instructions for drop off and pick up. Labor is $20 and we will have a stringer on site all weekend.

There will not be any courts to practice on at PRC. If you want to pay a pro to hit with you, please call 205.533.1135 to schedule.1 hour $60 and 1/2 hour $30.

USTA is recommending 2 spectators per player.
You must wear a mask inside and outside the facility.
Please bring a chair if you need one, the facility chairs will be roped off.
Players only can retrieve balls that go off court.
Please arrive when your player starts play and leave when they are done.
Please do not hang around and watch other matches.

Prior to the deadline- You must withdraw online using your confirmation number. After the deadline, please email cmills24@msn.com or pelhamtennis1@gmail.com. No refunds.

Draws will be posted on Thursday, August 20th by 5:00 pm. (If there is a last minute withdrawal, this could be delayed but a tournament note will be posted.

The draws will be limited to 32 players. The scoring format is as follows: All matches are 2 full sets with a 10 point tiebreak for the third set.

There will be no practice courts on site. You may go to Pelham Tennis Center (9 hards courts/public facility) and use on a first come basis. Racquet Club Tennis Pros are given priority if they have a scheduled lesson at Pelham Tennis Center. 315 Ballpark Road Pelham, AL 35124.

In response to the COVID-19 social distancing requirements set by USTA Southern and to be consistent with other tournaments, players will not receive a tournament bag, coupons or meals. You will also not be able to hang out after matches. Again, we are sorry but we are looking forward to hosting events like we used to!

For this rescheduled STA Level 3 the 10's will play on Hardcourts and the 12's -18's will play on Clay. The 10's-14's will play at Greystone Country Club and the 16's-18's will play at Pelham Raquet Club. Both Sites will have their own Tournament Homepage.
