Please note your site and time. The Tennis Club at Springhurst is SPR on draw. Louisville Indoor Racquet Club is LIRC on draw. Saturday Boys are playing at Springhurst and Girls at LIRC. You may check in directly at your site.

COVID
Both facilities have several Covid Procedures in place for the tournament. Please read and adhere to all of these procedures to help insure the safety of everyone involved in the tournament. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
** MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN THE LOBBIES BY EVERYONE - Players & Spectators
** THERE IS NO WATER ON THE COURTS - please bring your own
** BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR ! Chairs will be very limited (there are no chairs available at LIRC) and we would like to limit sharing of chairs.
** LIMIT YOUR "POSSE" - we would like to limit each player to ONE spectator ! At this time, we request you do not invite the whole family to watch
** SHOWERS ARE NOT OPEN AT THIS TIME IN THE FACILITIES

SOUTHERN LEVEL 3 TOURNAMENT
This is a Southern Level 3 Tournament open to all players from all districts & sections. We do have a limit of 32 entrants per division and acceptance will be based on the current Southern standings if we reach more than 32 in a division.

SIGNING UP FOR TWO DIVISIONS
Players may register for 2 age divisions in this Level tournament. Players that do register for both age divisions will automatically be selected in the older age division if they get selected for both. They will be removed from the other age division. Players not selected to either division will remain on the alternates lists for both division but will be obligated to play the division they first get in from the alternates list. They would be removed from the Alternates list in the other division. Once a player is selected for any one division NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.

LOCATION - INDOOR TOURNAMENT
The Derby City Junior Championships are being co-hosted by The Tennis Club at Springhurst and Louisville Indoor Racquet Club. The tournament will be played INDOORS (there are currently no outdoor facilities that will allow tournament play) at Springhurst & LIRC.

FORMAT
Feed in through Round of 16 will guarantee each player two matches. All matches will be best two of three sets with a 10 point match tiebreaker for the third set

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. Please consult your Section or District rules and regulations for entry requirements for this tournament. If you enter this tournament and are not eligible, any refund is as the discretion of the Tournament Director. Only USTA members can register online if available.
