Friday-RTC will have courts set aside for players who come in on Friday afternoon
Saturday-Monday-RTC will be first come first serve from 7:00 until 7:50.
Parham Bridges Tennis Center will have practice courts available for players all day on Saturday and Sunday. *Reunion Golf and Country Club will be available all weekend for practice courts, but they are all CLAY. The address is 150 Greensward Drive, Madison, MS 39110.

FACILITY PROTOCOLS- Here are some facility/tournament Covid-19 protocols:
1) If you have been sick or felt sick in the past 2 weeks, we ask that you get clearance from a doctor or refrain from playing the tournament(You will not be penalized for withdrawing).
2) 2 cans of balls will be used for each match.
3) There will be no need to check in at the tournament desk. You will be sent to your court via the Match APP(see below to download) and your match will be called on the loud speaker. Balls will already be on your assigned court.
4)You will be responsible for bringing your own water and ice. The ice machine will not be available and there will not be water on the courts. There will be water, gatorade, snacks, etc available for purchase in the pro shop at Ridgeland Tennis Center.
5)We ask that players arrive at the facility no more than 15 minutes before their match and leave no more than 15 minutes after their match is completed. More importantly we ask that you follow the recommended guidelines for social distancing when interacting with other players and parents(where a mask or stay 6 feet apart)
6)All players please remember to grab ALL of their personal items off the court before leaving.
7)No handshakes after matches! A racket tap at the net has been the adopted norm.
8)There will be chairs, benches and common seating areas at RTC, but we encourage you to bring your own chairs.
9)There will be hand sanitizer on each court, but bring any cleaning/sanitary items that you feel are necessary.

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Singles Draws with 10-20 players will have a Feed-In Consolation through the Quarterfinals. 3/4 playoffs will be held.
Singles Draws with 7-9 players will have a Feed-In Consolation through the Semifinals.
Singles Draws with 5 or fewer player will be a Round Robin format.

There will be experienced stringers at Ridgeland Tennis Center and Parham Bridges during the tournament.

We will be using Pro Penn Extra Duty Balls for 12s-18s

Tournament hotels are in Ridgeland's "Township" area which is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and 3 to 4 miles from RTC. All offer free breakfast, clean/new rooms and are among the nicest options in the area.

Private Sessions-There will be 2 pros from Reunion Tennis Center available for private hitting sessions or pre-match warm-ups over the course of the tournament weekend. Cost is $30 for a 30 minute session. Please contact them directly: Andres Yepez-786-599-7411, David Mejia- 559-477-0285. They will have access to courts at tournament sites prior to matches and will have clay courts at Reunion(150 Greensward Drive, Madison, MS 39110).and alternate sites for hard courts throughout the weekend.


Group Warm-Up- Andres Yepez will be running a group warm-up on Saturday and Sunday morning from 7:00-7:40 at RTC. You must contact him directly at 786-599-7411 to reserve your spot. Cost is $15 per player and we need 4 players committed to run the sessions.

As many of you have heard, Southern closed has been cancelled for all age groups. The STA was able to add a series of Southern Level 3's during the same time frame to replace the Southern Closed. Mississippi is proud to host this event which will run from Saturday, August 1st through Monday, August 3rd.
