Tournament Schedule
The tournament will be played on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The top half of the first round will be played on Thursday at 4:30 on the Clay Courts. The consolation round will be played that same day. In the event of rain the round will be played at 7:00 indoors with the consolation round thereafter. The bottom half of the draw will be played on Friday using the same format. Saturday we will play the round of 16 and the quarter-finals. Sunday we will play the semi-finals, finals, 5-8 playoff, and 3/4 playoff. Main Draw Matches are best of two sets (No-Add) with a match tiebreaker in lieu of a third set. The Consolation Round Matches will be 8 game pro set.

In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.
In order to compete in this event, all competitors MUST click the below link, which will be available once selection is complete to fill out the check-in form, and sign the waiver for this tournament.

FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password. * Make sure you opt for allowing notifications when signing up for Match Tennis App so court assignment messages are received. * Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Draw size & format
* Draws are limited by the Section to max of 32 players.
* Best of 3 sets with match tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set. No-ad scoring
* Consolation: 8 game pro set, no-ad. Consolation will not be played to completion.

L4 Super Six Selection Process
Selection is up to 2 that are in the top 25 of the Eastern Standing list of the next younger age division. Except in the 10 and under division. Players may enter in up to two age divisions when entries close. The Eastern office will select players for these divisions in the following order: 18; 16; 14; 12. If a player is entered in two age divisions and is selected in the other older age division, that player shall not be eligible for selection into the younger division. If a player is not selected for the older division, that players is eligible for selection in the younger division and is eligible to be an alternate in the younger division, but not in the older division.

Ranking Points
* L4 will carry Super Six points and will be a Full Feed in through RND 16 format but it won’t be played to completion, in Phase 1.

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Further information on conduct requirements of USTA Tournament participants can be found here.

Registration and Withdrawals Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Select "Withdraw" under the blue Edit Registration Menu on the lower left of this tournament homepage. Refunds will not be given after the close of registration.

Eastern Super Six Eastern's Super Six events are restricted to Eastern players only. Selection is based on the Section Standing of the age group of the event + up to 3 players from the top 25 of the Eastern Standing list of the next younger age division (except in the 12U division.) Players may register for multiple age groups but will only be selected to one: If a player is selected to an older age division they will automatically withdrawn from the younger division. If the player is not selected to the older division, they will only be eligible for the younger division. Please keep this in mind when registering.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, July 17, 2020 1:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
