Boys 12's and 14's will play their first two rounds (Round of 16, Quarters or Consolation Quarters) at Five Seasons Sports Club at 11790 Snider Rd. Cincinnati, OH on Saturday, July 25th. Five Seasons will appear as (FS CI) on the tournament draws and first match times.

Boys 16's and 18's will play their first two rounds (Round of 16, Quarters or Consolation Quarters) at CHCA High School Courts at 11525 Snider Rd. Cincinnati, OH on Saturday, July 25th. CHCA will appear as (CHCA) on the tournament draws and first match times,

All Sunday matches will be at CHCA. Five Seasons will be our indoor site Sunday for any inclement weather.

The COVID-19 procedures and policies in place by the USTA/Midwest Section for this event are as follows:
* We are excited to be able to provide an event for kids to get competition during this difficult, please follow all protocols listed below to provide a safe experience for all in attendance.
* First and foremost, if you are not feeling well, please withdraw from the event. If you are a spectator and not feeling well, please stay home. * Player +1 for the entire event. Only one person is going to be allowed with each player. * All players entering Five Seasons will need to sign a waiver and have their temperature checked at the front of the club. Questions about recent travel may be asked and you could be denied access to the club if you have traveled to a recent hot spot. * The water fountains will not be accessible for the duration of the event. Please bring plenty of water for matches. * Social distancing will be strongly encouraged and Five Seasons has Facemasks mandatory. Players can obviously remove their masks when they enter the court. * We encourage bringing your own chair to watch any matches outdoors. * Do not enter the facility until 10-15 minutes before your scheduled match time. * There will be no handshakes at the conclusion of matches. * Once match results have been turned in, we request you leave the facility immediately. Only players are to approach the tournament desk. Please keep a safe distance when doing so. * All tournament staff will be wearing masks. * We will not be using scorecards, please over-communicate calling the score. *Players will be provided 3 balls like normal, if requested, we can provide a 4th ball to give each player 2 balls to use for their service games. * Players, please sit on opposite ends of the court during changeovers.

All matches will be 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10-point tiebreaker in lieu of a full 3rd set.

Districts were forced to cancel their District Qualifiers in 2020, but each District has an opportunity to host 1 Midwest Level 3, Closed to their District. This is the Ohio Valley event for 2020. This event will have no impact on qualification for future events (like the Midwest Closed), other than impacting a players ranking.

Player selection will be done by the most recent Midwest Standings list on 7/21. We will also make our seeds based off of the Midwest Standing list.
