Important Notes:
Match Format:All draws will be round robin format and each match
will be single 6-game set; 7-point set tie-breaker at 6-6.

Schedule of Play:
For BG12-18, Level 7 events are One Day Events.
BG12-14 will be played on Saturday only. BG16-18 will be played on
Sunday only.

OUTDOOR TOURNAMENT
Location: the Madeira School 8328 Georgetown Pike McLean, VA
22102
Parking is provided in the parking lot to right past the security
gate. No parking allowed on the gravel along the road. No Dogs on
school grounds. Cannot access the turf field only access to tennis
court facility and Hurd Athletic Center for bathrooms. No
spectators are allowed behind the far court fences. All other
campus facilities are off limits.
ASM Tennis Cup Series:

Refunds/credits will not be issued after the tournament deadline.
If the tournament is cancelled players will be issued a credit for
a future outdoor ASM tournaments.
Tournament matches will be played as long as outdoor temperatures
are at least 40 degrees (considering windchill) each day, long
enough to get the tournament played (for at least a few hours each
day). It does not have to be 40 degrees in order to start matches,
but overall 40 degrees that day.
Players Tournament Notes:
Players responsibility to check tournament website for match times
and delays in case of inclement weather.
Players should check in and be ready to play (warmed up, stretched,
and been to the restroom) at least 15 minutes before the match
start time.
If a court is open, we will get the match started asap in order to
avoid any delays later in the day!
Waiver of Liability
Players and families of players selected for this tournament hereby
release American Sports Management, LLC and entire staff from any
and all loss, claim, damages, injuries or liability that may arise
from the player's participation in this event. The players and
families accept full responsibility for their use of any and all
apparatus, facility privileges or services whatsoever, and shall
hold American Sports Management, LLC and its staff harmless against
any such claims.

By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

MAS L7, L6 & L5 EVENT REFUNDS
Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organization shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

If draw size is limited selection shall be made from the bottom up. Level 7 events are one day events and players will play up to a maximum of 4 matches.

Player Selection TypePlayers are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
