USTA/MAS CLOSED B18 L4 SUPER SIX 660 CHAMPIONSHIP @ THE GREENBRIER

Please note the indoor tennis center is onsite at the Greenbrier Resort. You will need to actually enter The Greenbrier Resort front gate and speak to the attendant, letting them know you are here for the junior tournament. They can help direct you to the location of the courts. Should you have trouble, feel free to call 540-449-5001 (Ashleigh's Cell #)

The tournament has a room rate of $199 / night at The Greenbrier from Friday, February 14, 2020 through Monday, February 17, 2020. Please call and let them know you are with the B18s junior tennis tournament to take advantage of this rate. more info

Stringing is available on site. Payment is Cash Only. Cost is $20 plus the cost of the string (unless you have your own)

Please let the gate attendant know you are here for the B16s Junior Tennis Tournament. Parking will available on a first come first serve basis in the lots near the indoor tennis center. If this lot is full, there is a lot across the street and a shuttle available to bring you to the courts.

MAS L4 & L3 EVENT REFUNDS
Once player selections have been made and the payment has been processed, there will be no refunds if a player is unable to compete for any reason. Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is a recommendation and not a policy.
Each member organizations shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

Players may enter two age divisions on the same weekend. Selection will be made to the older age division first. Selection and Seeding is based on the most recent MAS Standing List for the age division.
