ALL matches for Tuesday have been postponed. All matches that were scheduled for Noon or earlier will be played at the same time on Wednesday. Those changes to the schedule will be processed later today. The remainder of the schedule will need to be modified because of a Smashers event that will be using three of our courts in the afternoon. We do have additional courts available into the evening on Wednesday and will plan to play Finals on Thursday morning. Check tonight for edits to the schedule.

To be fully transparent and offer all players some certainty, if we can't get things started by 2 pm, we are planning to postpone everything until Wednesday morning.

Because of the increasing accumulation of snow in the Omaha area and the major interstate starting to have travel issues, we are currently in a delay for Tuesday morning matches. Expect another update at 9:00 am. We still hope to play some matches starting no earlier than Noon, but that may change pending the weather situation. Stay safe.

The weather forecast for the Omaha metro is currently favoring our plans to begin matches as scheduled Tuesday morning. The afternoon weather forecast is what we are currently concerned with and may have us adjusting the schedule. If we find it necessary to stop play in the afternoon, we have the court availability to finish the event on Wednesday, 12/30, without having to cancel any of the matches.

Please plan to arrive as scheduled on Tuesday morning.

As I mentioned to several out-of-town players/parents, including those from Lincoln, if the roads are drivable in the Omaha area, the weather will not be an excuse for you to miss your match. We take player safety as a highest priority, however, we expect those that have committed to an out-of-town event to respect the tournament and other players by being available in the local area to play.

Should we have updates, they will appear here and, if urgent, you can expect a communication via text to the number you provided during registration.

All matches will be played at the Hanscom Brandeis Tennis Center, 3220 Ed Creighton Ave.

Please e-mail all special scheduling requests after you have registered for the tournament. Any scheduling requests received after the registration closing date cannot be accommodated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
