In response to the COVID-19, we will be using Match Tennis App’s Virtual Tournament Desk technology to help facilitate CDC best practices.

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Tournament will start on Sunday December 27 after 8 a.m. Not all players will start on Sunday some will start on Mon Dec 28th
Monday December 28 matches will be scheduled after 12 p.m.
Tuesday December 29 matches will be scheduled after 10 a.m.
Wednesday December 29 matches will be scheduled after 10 a.m.

This tournament will receive L5 eastern points in 2020 and L4 points in 2021. To see 2021 point tables click on the link below. Rationale: This is in response to the fact that Winter Nationals was canceled and Eastern had to cancel our final L4 on 12/11. This event will operate like an eastern L5. It will be a single-elimination draw and selection will be based on the most recently published eastern standing list. Players from the next younger age division, will not be considered. Players WILL NOT be able to register in multiple age divisions, players that are will be subject to concurrent tournament violations. more info

Code Of Conduct:
By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Registration and Withdrawals Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Select "Withdraw" under the blue Edit Registration Menu on the lower left of this tournament homepage. Refunds will not be given after the close of registration.
