Notes
There is NO DOUBLES being played in the tournament.

Draws will be limited to 8 or 16 per division depending on
overall registrants. Tournament Director has discretion to accept
divisions of 16 depending on number of registrants across all
divisions depending on court availability
Due to ongoing challenges associated with Covid 19 every tournament
is being reviewed to verify that all recommended safety protocols
can be met. There may be situations where a previously posted event
may need to modify draw sizes, formats, or divisions to ensure
safety for all participants. In the event of a change notification
of such changes shall be posted on the registration page for the
event impacted and all registrants will be notified by email.
Please verify that you are providing up to date contact information
when registering so that you receive all updates.
Once player selections have been made and the payment has been
processed, there will be no refunds if a player is unable to
compete for any reason.
.Not pets allowed on the grounds.
Singles matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets no ad scoring, with
a match game tiebreaker played in place of the 3rd set. Players
will use two cans of ball within a match. Your balls will be
carried over and used in the next round match.
.INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY In case of inclement weather a credit may
be offered to players affected by the cancellation for a future
tournament. In the event that a tournament must be shortened, the
use of no-ad scoring, third set tie-breaks, and shortened sets (or
combinations of these formats) may be used. If events must be
cancelled, the order of cancellation is as follows: Doubles
Consolation, Singles Consolation, Doubles, Singles

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

MAS L7, L6 & L5 EVENT REFUNDS
Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organization shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.
