Matches will be scheduled at greater intervals. I apologize for the greater gaps between matches this will cause.

We have instituted a minimal touching and minimal observers policy.

All individuals must stop and use the temperature scanner upon entry. Anyone registering a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be allowed into the club.
Towel service has been suspended. Locker rooms are available for changing and restroom purposes only. Showers, steam rooms, and saunas remain closed. Drinking fountains are not available. Water and drinks are available for purchase from the vending machine.

Players should exercise patience and observe social distancing when using the staircase. Social distancing should also be observed when placing gear in the club and on the court.
It is recommended that players wash their hands before and after a match. Antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer are available on court and in common areas.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled matches and check in at the tournament desk. Those checked in first, go on court first. We will start early if courts and players are available!

Once players have reported scores and have been advised of their next match time, they should not linger in the lobby or viewing area.
Scores will be recorded immediately and next match time updated online.

NO REFUNDS ONCE DRAW IS PUBLISHED.

There will be no practice courts available during the tournament.
Courts may be available for purchase before or after the scheduled hours of the tournament. Call the club for availability. Regular rental fees apply.

The Back Court Restaurant will be open Friday and Saturday!!! Some tables may be reserved for customers.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, October 12, 2020 6:00:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
