PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be available indoors from 7:00am - 7:45am on both Saturday and Sunday and from 7:00 - 7:45am on Monday. Saturday there could also be a possibility of indoor courts around matches from 8am- 9am as well. You are more than welcome to hit outside on clay courts, weather permitting. Please be sure to check in with the front desk in the pro shop regarding the outdoor courts. I am always fine with hopping on in between matches as well if it works. Look forward to seeing everyone!

MAS L4 & L3 EVENT REFUNDS
Once player selections have been made and the payment has been processed, there will be no refunds if a player is unable to compete for any reason. Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is a recommendation and not a policy.
Each member organizations shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

CLOSED MAS L4 & L3 SUPER SIX SERIES EVENTS BG12-18
Players may enter two age divisions on the same weekend. Selection will be made to the older age division first. Selection and Seeding is based on the most recent MAS Standing List for the age division.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
