IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID:

Please note the following due to the ongoing Covid Pandemic: VERY IMPORTANT !
* Check in a few minutes prior to your match
* Masks are STRONGLY encouraged, especially for spectators ! You are REQUIRED to wear a mask when entering LIRC
* Play your match, report your score, and head home or to the hotel - please DO NOT hang out in the facility
* There is NO WATER on the courts - bring your own
* There are no warm up courts available at Springhurst. If you want to warm up we suggest Tom Sawyer Park *
* LIMIT YOUR "POSSE" to one person only ! Please do not bring more than one person with you into the facility. We do not want whole families watching at this time.
* Chairs in the facility are very limited. Please bring your own chair for LIRC !!
* For stretching, etc. we will have our air-conditioned multi sport facility open - there is 30,000 sq ft to do some social distance stretching and match recovery - PLEASE PICK UP YOUR STUFF WHEN DONE ! This is NOT an area to play , or dump the smaller kids while the older ones play their match. It is STRICTLY for stretching and match recovery in order to space anyone out. Anyone not adhering to this will be asked to leave the facility entirely and their player may be defaulted from the tournament.
* Our facility showers are not open at this time

LOCATION

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic , the location will be indoors at The Tennis Club at Springhurst and Louisville Indoor Racquet Club. All potential outdoor sites are either closed (school facilities) or have too many restrictions (parks) to allow tournament play due to Covid.

FORMAT

Matches will be two of three sets with third set match tiebreaker.
Junior doubles matches will be 8 game pro set

Boys & Girls 10s - 18s Singles and Doubles. Father/Son, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son, and Mother/Daughter. Men's and Women's Open Singles, Doubles, and Mixed with Prize Money. Age Division Singles and Doubles. Men's and Women's NTRP Rated 2.5-5.0 Singles and Doubles. Combo Mixed NTRP Events

OPEN DIVISION PRIZE MONEY EVENTS

The Open Division Prize Money events (Men's & Women's Singles, Open Doubles) are UTR this year. DO NOT REGISTER ON THE USTA SITE FOR OPEN DIVISION. Please follow the link to the UTR site.

PLAYER COOKOUT (CANCELLED)

Unfortunately, we will not be able to have the normal Player Cookout for this event due to the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
