Check in is mandatory for all age divisions. All check in will be held at Foundation Office 3341 W.Washington Ave Las Vegas Nevada 89107 second entrance off Washington Ave on Thursday, February 27 Buiding straight ahead once you turn off Washington Ave. Here are the check-in times for each division, along with team practice sites and times:
Boys & Girls 12's Check In: 4:00-4:30 p.m. at Foundation Office 3341 W. Washington Ave Las Vegas Nevada 89107 second entrance off Washington Ave
Boys & Girls 12's Team Practice: 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Spanish Oaks Tennis Club (2201 Spanish Oaks Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89102). 2 teams will practice on 4 courts from 5:30-6:30 p.m.; the other 2 teams will practice on 4 courts from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

UNLV'S COURTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PRACTICE ON FRIDAY AND NO PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE COURTS UNTIL NOON. ALSO YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN WATER TO THE FACILITY
UNLV will be used for the 12's Team Competition. All 14's Team Matches will be played at Lorenzi Racket Club.

The Westgate Resort & Casino is located at 3000 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, 89109. Please call 800-732-7117 and mention the Group Code SGNTO or "National Tournament" to reserve a room at the group rate. Room rates are $99/night for Thursday, Feb 27 and $139/night for Friday, Feb 28 and Saturday, Feb 29. The room rate does not include the $20/night resort fee and 13.38% hotel tax. The reservation cut-off date is Thursday, February 7th.

SELECTION PROCESS
The top 16 boys and girls who register for each division will be selected to play. The remaining players will be ordered on their respective lists according to the most recent ITA Standing Lists published prior to the registration deadline.

TEAM FORMATION
The Tournament Director will form the teams using the Waterfall System. The top four boys in each age group will be placed in the #1 position on each of the four teams in that group. The top four girls will then be placed on each of those teams in reverse order. This process will be continued in this order through the #2-4 Boys and Girls positions. With the exception of players withdrawing due to injury, illness, or emergency, players will continue in the same position through the duration of the event. If selected players have to withdraw, alternates will fill in as needed.

TEAM MATCH FORMATS
All teams will be composed of four boys and four girls and there will be four teams of eight in each age group. Each team match will consist of 8 singles matches (4 boys & 4 girls), 4 doubles matches (2 boys & 2 girls), and 4 mixed doubles matches. Singles matches will be best of three sets, regular scoring, with a 10-point match tiebreak played in case of a split. Doubles matches will be an 8 game pro set, regular scoring, with a 7 point tiebreak played at 8 games all. With regard to determining the winner of each team match, each singles, doubles and mixed doubles counts for one point. The total possible number of points a team can win in a match is 16. The team that wins the most points wins the Team Match. If the Team Match score is tied 8-8, the number 1 boy and girl from each team will play a mixed 10-point Match Tiebreak to determine the Team Match winner.

PLAYER WAIVER
Player waivers must be filled out and submitted prior to each player's first match. Waivers may be scanned and emailed to juniors@ustanevada.com.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, February 7, 2020 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
