With the weather and wet, and possible sand or salt going down in parking lot and sidewalks, ALL PLAYERS PLEASE GO UPSTAIRS FIRST AND MAKE SURE TO KEEP SHOES AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. Once that stuff gets tracked on the court, players could be sliding on falling. Thank you.

ALL COURTS ALL DAYS:
Courts open 1:15 before first match scheduled. Courts will be cleared at 9:50 Sat and Sunday and 10 AM matches put on to begin on time.
Weather permitting, we will open up outdoor courts for warmup throughout the day.
Local YMCA on Butler Rd. has indoor courts you may be able to book to warm up on.
Plan to warm up 4 per court.

ALWAYS CHECK DRAW BEFORE YOU COME EACH DAY. THERE CAN BE CHANGES DAILY WITH WITHDRAWS AND WO'S AND WE CANNOT ALWAYS REACH EVERYONE BC MANY WRONG EMAILS AND PHONE NUMBERS IN THE SYSTEM!!!

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE UMW STAFF SPOTS BY INDOORS.....THAT WILL BE FOR TOURNAMENT PERSONNEL.

MAS L4 & L3 EVENT REFUNDS
Once player selections have been made and the payment has been processed, there will be no refunds if a player is unable to compete for any reason. Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization. However, this is a recommendation and not a policy.
Each member organizations shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

MAS Regulations and Ranking Points This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAS Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

CLOSED MAS L4 & L3 SUPER SIX SERIES EVENTS BG12-18
Players may enter two age divisions on the same weekend. Selection will be made to the older age division first. Selection and Seeding is based on the most recent MAS Standing List for the age division.
